1. Introduction
Welcome to KhansFootwear.in (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By accessing or using KhansFootwear.in, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Customer/User: Any person who visits or makes a purchase on KhansFootwear.in.

  • Products: Footwear and related accessories available for purchase on KhansFootwear.in.

  • Order: A customer’s request to purchase one or more products through the Website.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment
3.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
3.3. Payment must be completed at the time of order via the payment methods offered (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking).

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. We process orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
4.2. Delivery timelines vary by location; estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.
4.3. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment; title transfers once full payment is confirmed.

5. Return & Refund Policy
5.1. Eligibility:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The returns must be pre approved. You must take an approval to return the products by contacting the customer support, prior to visiting the shop with a clear, eligible and valid reason while requesting a return approval.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2. Procedure:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the customer support using the contact details at our contact page. Then mention the valid and genuine reason for return. Our customer support will confirm to you if your product is eligible for return or exchange.

  • You must visit our physical store at the address below within 7 days of delivery.

  • Bring your order invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Our team will inspect the product and process your return or exchange on the spot.

5.3. Refunds:

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be issued in the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations
6.1. Orders can be cancelled by contacting customer support before dispatch.
6.2. Once shipped, you must follow the return procedure in Section 5.

7. Warranty & Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
8.1. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your purchase will be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
8.2. Parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing legal action.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on KhansFootwear.in (text, images, logos) is the property of Khan’s Footwear, TechPara or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
